Program

The Agis Group's Integrity Program aims to ensure that business practices are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of ethics and transparency across all operations. To achieve this, the program establishes a set of procedures and controls designed to prevent, detect, and respond to risks related to misconduct or violations of applicable laws, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, company policies, and internal procedures.

Ethics and Conduct
Committee

The Committee is an internal and strategic body established by Agis to investigate sensitive matters that violate the Code of Ethics and Conduct, internal policies, procedures, or applicable laws. It is composed of the company’s senior management and is responsible for deliberating on sensitive issues identified by the Compliance department, regardless of hierarchical level.

 
 

Compliance

It is the department responsible for Agis’s Integrity Program. Its purpose is to promote a culture of compliance and ensure that the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and internal policies and procedures. The department reports to the Compliance Directorate.

 
 

Whistleblower Channel

The Open Channel is Agis’s official communication platform for receiving complaints, reports, questions, suggestions, or compliments. It is accessible to any interested party, and anonymity is guaranteed. If you identify or suspect any misconduct, please contact the Open Channel. An independent specialist will receive all information and forward the report to the Compliance department. You will be able to track the progress of your case using a protocol number.

Code of
ethics and conduct

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is an important document that guides us in our day-to-day responsibilities, establishing how we should behave in our interactions with all stakeholders—suppliers, public entities, partners, clients, and even among ourselves as colleagues. The Code outlines general rules of conduct related to common situations encountered in daily activities. Agreement with the rules and principles set forth in the Code is a mandatory requirement for carrying out any activity within the Agis Group.

 
 

Just like the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Compliance Policies support our Integrity Program. Adhering to all of them is essential to strengthen ethics, governance, and efficiency, as well as to safeguard the reputation and sustainability of the Agis Group. These policies are designed to prevent, detect, and address any misconduct or illegal activity.

All policies are approved by the Ethics and Conduct Committee and are therefore aligned with the strategic objectives of the Agis Group.
