The adoption of ESG practices responds to the commitment to minimize possible negative impacts on the environment, as well as to build a more conscious and fair society, generating benefits not only for the business, but also for employees, suppliers, customers and society.

In order to promote greater knowledge about environmental preservation, we organize lectures, campaigns, training sessions, and produce educational and illustrative materials for employees, especially during commemorative dates such as World Water Day and Environment Week. In addition, we encourage employees to adopt conscious practices in their daily routines to help reduce the consumption of natural resources.

Committed to continuous improvement and pollution prevention, we have adopted a structured and certified Environmental Management System with defined environmental objectives and targets for project execution.
We follow a set of guidelines for implementing our environmental policy, enabling the evaluation and control of the potential environmental impacts of our activities.

We are fully aware that our projects impact ecosystems and have consequences for the economy, society, and the environment. We continuously strive to improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System through the use of procedures, the definition of objectives and targets, audit results, data analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and management reviews conducted by Senior Leadership. Our efforts are directly applied throughout the project execution phases.
