Bridge to the Tribuna
The A Tribuna Bridge was built in the 1920s as a railway bridge and is responsible for connecting the insular region to the mainland area of São Vicente, spanning the Canal dos Barreiros.
In the 1980s and 1990s, a roadway extension was added to the bridge, improving access for cars and buses and contributing to the progressive and expansive occupation of the mainland area.
As a result, the bridge has become vital to the region’s population.
The A Tribuna Bridge project is an initiative of the Government of the State of São Paulo, carried out by the Paulitec-Agis Consortium, and includes, among other deliverables, the expansion of restoration works at the site.
Watch the video and learn more about this project, which reinforces Agis’s commitment to bringing even more mobility and safety to the population.
